Model FD 516 solid teak coffee table with rattan under shelf and brass detail designedby Peter Hvidt & Orla Mølgaard-Nielsen for France and Daverkosen, Denmark. Circa 1956. This model features solid teak wide strips to joined to form the top as opposed to thin veneers usually found on tables of this era. Lightly re polished in very good condition throughout. Makers badge to underside.
